Daily journal March 7, 2001, Greeneville Submarine, Age of Treason, the Boston Pops Orchestra being conducted by an 18 year-old from Goose Creek South Carolina here in Greenville at the Bilo Center Arena. The student raised $5,000 by working odd jobs and mowing lawns to conduct the Boston Pops and he realized his dream here last night. "Its just money". The sweetest part of the story is that they returned his donation to him to go against his education. This young man in addition to working midnight shifts to earn the money, he learned to play every musical instrument in the orchestra so he could conduct it properly and he did a marvelous job. "The thrill of my life" said Braeden Kershner.
